For each of 48 occupational specialties, productivity profiles are constructed based on supervisors' estimates of trainees' net productivity at several points in their careers. These profiles show how trainees progress on average from their first month on the job through their first four years of service, thereby providing a means for assessing the importance of experience in military occupations.
