Colonel Jon Frasier, Delta Force, squadron commander is due career wise in the Army for a staff assignment and is sent to an advanced secret base as the project manager for the DARPA Army Warfighter Individual Soldier Body Armor Program. In this case California falls into the Pacific which also ignites the Pacific Ring of Fire. Massive amounts of volcanic ash and dust fill the upper atmosphere preventing air travel. As time goes on that same ash and dust starts lowering the temperature outside. But Omega 11 and the other Omega sites were designed just for this task. Now to see if all of General ‘Wild Bill’ Donovan’s planning and the people of Omega are up to the task.
