Book excerpt: A description of the methodology employed and the results of a cultural resources survey of the area designated for a proposed small boat basin in the Geneva State Park, Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio are presented. This area was subjected to both a literature review and a thorough program of field testing. The results of the investigation indicate that the area in question does not contain significant cultural materials and that the proposed construction of the boat basin may proceed without further concern for its impact on cultural resources.
