The Dynamics product line is available in two editions the Business Edition that is primarily made for small and medium size companies and the Enterprise Edition for medium to large organizations. In July 2017, the product line was redesigned, and the CRM application is now called the Customer Engagement Plan. The full name of the product is now called Microsoft Dynamics 365 – for Finance and Operations.
