Book excerpt: The purpose of his ministry project is to develop and implement a diploma training process on the subject of corporate accountability and organizational integrity for selected staff members of the First Baptist Church of West Monroe, Louisiana. Expected results included changes in attitudes, knowledge, and behavior in favor of accountability and ethics in the workplace. The candidate developed eight sessions with the help of three expert trainer-facilitators. Testing tools consisting of a Likert scale, pretests and posttests, and a behavioral checklist enabled the candidate to discern and record measurable change related to the group's understanding of and commitment to individual and corporate integrity.
