Ramesh Kumar Mohapatra, PhD is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, Odisha, India. His research interests include optical character recognition, document image analysis, video processing, secure computing, and machine learning. Subhrakanta Panda, PhD is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems, BITS-PILANI, Hyderabad Campus, Jawahar Nagar, Hyderabad, India.
